Accounting- 8 hours total annually to include:

  1. Civil Rights Compliance Training (DCF-CRC-TRN-2022)
  2. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FCC-CMFWA)
  3. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  4. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)
  5. Minimum of 1-hour Wellness/Self-Care event/presentation/training

 

AdministrationSenior Leadership Team Members- 40 hours total annually to include:

  1. Civil Rights Compliance Training (DCF-CRC-TRN-2022)
  2. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FCC-CMFWA)
  3. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  4. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)
  5. Minimum of 1-hour Wellness/Self-Care event/presentation/training
  6. Attend quarterly Leadership Development Sessions

  1. Blood-borne Pathogens (REL-ALL-0-BBPATH)
  2. Civil Rights Compliance Training (DCF-CRC-TRN-2022)
  3. Client rights and protections under section 245I.12
  4. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
  5. CPR & First Aid Certification (required every other year)
  6. Emergency procedures that the staff person must follow when responding to a fire, inclement weather, a report of a missing person, and a behavioral or medical emergency
  7. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  8. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)
  9. Minimum of 1-hour Wellness/Self-Care event/presentation/training
  10. Reporting Requirements and Definitions, Prevention and Reporting of Abuse and Maltreatment of Individuals Receiving Treatment
  11. The maltreatment of minor reporting requirements and definitions in chapter 260E within 72 hours of first providing direct contact services to a client
  12. The Minnesota Health Records Act, including client confidentiality, family engagement under section 144.294, and client privacy
  13. Vulnerable adult maltreatment under section 245A.65, subdivision 3

75% of required hours must come from the following areas:

Advancement & Marketing- 8 hours annually including:

  2. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FCC-CMFWA)
  3. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  4. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)

Community Respite Program- 20 hours total annually to include:

  11. Reporting Requirements and Definitions, Prevention and Reporting of Abuse and Maltreatment of Individuals Receiving Treatment (https://canvas.umn.edu/courses/318819)

  • Psychiatric Emergencies
  • Psychotropic Medication and Its Side Effects;
  • Statutes & Rules
  • Universal Precautions (covered by Blood-borne Pathogens)

 

Domestic Abuse Program20 hours total annually to include:

  1. A training covering preventing & responding to bullying & harassment in all forms
  2. A training on providing welcoming, inclusive, and accessible services to survivors in the LGBTQ community
  3. Blood-borne Pathogens (REL-ALL-0-BBPATH)
  4. Civil Rights Compliance Training (DCF-CRC-TRN-2022)
  5. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FCC-CMFWA)
  6. CPR & First Aid Certification (required every other year)
  7. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  8. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)
  9. Minimum of 1-hour Wellness/Self-Care event/presentation/training

 

Facilities Management- 8 hours total annually to include:

Healthy Families-40 hours annually for full time employees/determined per individual employee for part time employees including:

  1. Blood-borne Pathogens (REL-ALL-0-BBPATH)
  2. Civil Rights Compliance Training (DCF-CRC-TRN-2022)
  3. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FCC-CMFWA)
  4. CPR & First Aid Certification (required every other year)
  5. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  6. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)
  7. Minimum of 1-hour Wellness/Self-Care event/presentation/training
  8. Must include at least 1 training from Curriculum Dev. listing
  9. Must include at least 1 training from Mental Health Enrichment

 

Hiawatha Hall- 24 hours annually to include:

  7. Medication Management

Revenue Cycle Management- 8 hours annually including:

Safe Visitation/Intensive Tracking- 12 hours annually including:

  9. OCVS Helping Crime Victims: Crime Victims’ Rights, Crime Victim Compensation, the SAFE Fund, and Safe at Home (every three years)
  10. Training Related to Child Welfare

 

Targeted Case Management- 20 hours annually including:

  2. Civil Rights Compliance Training (DCF-CRC-TRN-2022)
  3. Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FCC-CMFWA)
  4. CPR & First Aid Certification (required every other year)
  5. Forensic Interview Training
  6. Minimum of 1-hour Diversity Training
  7. Minimum of 1-hour Trauma Informed Care Training (beginning second calendar year of employment & annually thereafter)

The Other Door- 8 hours annually including:
