Speak Out

Recently, I received a Speak Out asking about client surveys. I am writing this response to remind all employees that our clients – by procedure – are indeed supposed to receive a survey annually and following discharge. Depending on the program, some clients may be surveyed more often and/or asked specific questions. Have a look at Outpatient Counseling Procedure #702, as well as Quality Improvement Procedure #504 as reference points.
