Slumber Number Challenge

One of the biggest indicators of how we feel is how much sleep we got the previous night, so sleep is finally getting the recognition it deserves through FCC’s next Wellness event: the Slumber Number Challenge.

The goal for this challenge is to get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each night. You will track number of hours slept each night, plus something additional… how you feel today. You‘ll be able to draw your own conclusions about how last night’s sleep affected your general well being and energy level.

A tracking sheet is available on the link below:

The challenge is from 11/1/15 to 11/28/15.  Remember that this challenge is open to all FCC employees regardless if you are full-time or part-time.  The challenge is sponsored by Health Tradition-you do not have to have Health Tradition as an insurance to participate.
At the end of the challenge, we’ll hold a drawing for a Bumper Tea Infuser-pictured below

Be sure to turn your completed tracking sheet in to Karen Fortin at GVC in La Crosse by Friday, December 4th to be included in the drawing.
