FT Independent Living Specialist- Independent Living
- Work on independent living skills with youth that are in or have been in out-of-home-care in a 15 county region.
- This position will cover the following 7 counties: Trempealeau, La Crosse, Jackson, Monroe, Juneau, Vernon and Crawford
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years experience with youth is preferred.
PT Direct Care Staff- Day Treatment
- Supervision of Youth in Day Treatment Program
- Assistance with behavioral and crisis management
- Assistance with daily and weekly documentation
- Assistance with preparing and facilitating Day Treatment groups
- Part-time hours Monday – Friday primarily in the afternoon
- Must be 20 years of age
- Have a good driving record
- Experience and/or educational background is preferred
Mental Health Rehab Worker- Hiawatha Hall
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and organization
- Crisis prevention and de-escalation
- Medication monitoring
- Working with residents toward goals in mental health recovery
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Behavioral Science OR
- 4000 hours paid experience in delivery of service with persons with mental illness OR
- 3 years life experiences as primary care giver with adults with serious mental illness
