A new program in Winona, Targeted Management, is hiring for a FT Case Manager.
The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating services for clients in extended foster care. The Case Manager assists the clients in gaining access to needed social services, mental health, rehabilitative, educational, health, vocational, recreational and related services, including, but not limited to, volunteer services, advocacy, transportation and legal services.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited four-year college or, university in a field other than social work, psychology, sociology or a closely related field, PLUS one year of supervised experience in the delivery of social services to children as a social worker in a public or private social service agency.
