Requirements:
- 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields and:
- at least 2000 hours of experience or providing services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorder
- 20 years old
- Good driving record
Safe Visitation and Tracking is hiring a FT Program Supervisor
- Supervisor provides leadership and direction to all program staff, leads staff meetings, evaluate staff performance, hiring of new staff as approved, approval of all staff timesheets and vacation requests.
- Supervisor will be knowledgeable of the overall program budget and work collaboratively with Director and Coordinator to ensure long-term financial sustainability for the program: including but not limited to grant reporting, monthly billing invoices, expenditures.
- Supervisor will ensure client files are complete and current: including but not limited to referral/intake info, Releases of Information, Emergency Contact info
- Supervisor will assist with outreach and marketing of the program to referral sources, general public, and be the liaison to Coordinating/Advisory Council.
- Supervisor will support and conduct reviews of the program through the PQI process. Additional programmatic supports such as: satisfaction surveys, client feedback, referral source feedback, staff concerns, will also be considered.
- Supervisor will provide direct client services as a back-up or on an emergency basis to ensure continuity within the program.
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or other related field and one (1) year in human services, domestic violence, or related area at a management level preferred. Supervisory experience will be considered if educational background does not meet preferences.
