New Phone Vendor Selected!

 

Howdy all! We have some very exciting news to share. News we know you have all been waiting for!

We have selected Nextiva as our new phone system and are currently working on building it out for implementation. 

At this time, we do not have a go live date, but we have hopes of implementing within the next few months.


With this news, we also wanted to share some information regarding the new system and the capabilities:

  • Texting 
      • A policy & procedure will be created for texting. Please keep in mind, the texting service can be removed for individual users at any time.

  • Video Conferencing 
    • Up to 200 participants
  • Browser access, Mobile App and Desk Phones available
    • We highly recommend using the Browser and/or Mobile App versions.
    • Receptionist phones will be provided as well

You will receive an email from Nextiva welcoming you to your new account. Once you receive this email (screenshot provided on the right), please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the “Get Started” link
  2. It will then take you to a Nextiva Screen to create a password
  3. Create your password following Nextiva’s guidelines
  4. Click on “Create My Account
  5. It will then redirect to the Nextiva Portal
  6. Feel free to look around!

Recommendations:

  • Bookmark the Nextiva login in your browser for easier access
  • Be sure to write down your login information somewhere safe, that way you do not forget it between now and our go live date
