In Person Youth Mental Health First Aid

Better Together will be hosting Youth Mental Health First Aid Training on Thursday, June 30, 8:30-4pm.

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is an 8-hour public education program that introduces participants to the risk factors and warning signs of mental health challenges in adolescents.  The training focuses on building an understanding of the importance of early intervention and teaches individuals how to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.  Better Together is partnering with YMHFA trainers Shaundel Spivey, Sarah Mosley and Quartell Roberson for this training!

The training will be in-person and FREE but you must reserve your attendance.
