Healthy Lunch Wellness Challenge!

Mark you calendars for Monday, May 2nd, for the start of our next wellness challenge: eating a healthy lunch!  Whether you sit down in a break room, eat at your desk, or scarf a granola bar when you think no one is watching; we all need to eat lunch.  This wellness challenge can help you identify if you’re making healthy choices and if not, how to improve.

Print off the tracking sheet here and turn into Kayla Barnhardt (GVC 2nd floor) at the end of the challenge May 27, to be entered in the drawing for prizes! Healthy Lunch Tracking Sheet Also, there is a new t-shirt available from Health Traditions, you must complete the challenge to get one. Add your size on to your tracking sheet before handing it in!
