We did a wonderful thing last year by achieving certification as a Great Place To Work, and we’d like to repeat that accomplishment again this year. As you may recall, we started the process by asking you to complete their proprietary survey. You received a link to the survey in your email to begin things, and we will do the same thing this year.
The goal for becoming certified includes a few things about the agency that we have to supply, and of course distributing the survey which you can complete on line. Your responses are confidential, and we believe that individual responses being received by a third party will help assure individual anonymity. Our ultimate goal is to learn how you feel about your work, your coworkers and the management team. As always we hope to connect the dots of the survey responses with opportunities to improve your overall experience at FCC.
