Our latest wellness challenge is Nature-ly Active and it revolves around getting some fresh air through outdoor activities. The challenge includes a supportive list of things you can do outdoors do get energized and de-stress. One of the gifts of living in this region is the abundance of ways to interact with nature. Plus you don’t have to go it alone – join forces with a friend a co-worker, or maybe lay down a challenge for your whole team to get in on the action!
