In an effort to provide clarity, to help everyone understand the breadth of the work we do, and to stress the importance of the fact we are all in this together, we want to share some end of the month numbers.
FCC bills approximately $900,000 per month. To support that amount we submit about 4,000 claims, some claims have multiple service lines on them. With Insync, we need to ensure each of these claims is accurate to avoid rejections and billing incorrect amounts resulting in lower revenue for FCC. We are asking each of you to do your part and carefully review your progress notes and CPT codes and units in the Visit/Procedure codes section of the encounter. Please help us as we need to ensure accurate billing so the Agency gets paid what we should be paid for services. We appreciate everyone’s efforts thus far in the Insync conversion and ask you to continue to be diligent in making sure we have the system working properly.
