I am pleased to announce that we will provide a 4% increase effective Sunday, July 14, 2024. The increase will be reflected in the pay you receive on Friday, August 2, 2024. I am pleased to let you know that the increase is the result of FCC’s solid financial position at this time, and more importantly reflects the difference we make in our client’s lives.
In keeping with the practice established previously, to be eligible for an increase you:
- Have not received an increase since January 1, 2024, and
- Have not received written discipline since January 1, 2024
Those receiving an increase will receive an individual email notification confirming the change. If you have any questions about the change please contact your supervisor.
