2024-25 Employee Benefits Package

Health insurance (along with Health Savings Accounts), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance and Sick Time are only available to full time employees.

All other benefits are available to employees who work 20 or more hours per week.


Health Insurance: Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Quartz
  • Employee pays 25% of monthly premium (FCC pays 75%)
    • Single Coverage: HMO $131.9/POS $146.46 per month
    • Family Coverage: HMO $367.89/POS $410.07 per month
  • These premiums are effective through 12/31/2025
  • Health Savings Account contribution from FCC: single – $75/mo; family $150/mo
  • Employees that do not elect health insurance receive $25 each pay period.
  • Premium for spouse with other medical plan coverage available – $50/month
  • Annual $120 cash clinic reimbursement available for ALL full time employees

Dental Insurance

  • Dentist of your choice
  • Employee pays full monthly premium
    • Single Coverage: $42.90
    • Family Coverage: $147.46
    • These premiums are effective through 12/31/2025

Vision Insurance

  • Selected providers
  • Employee pays full monthly premium
    • Employee Only: $6.18
    • Employee & Spouse: $12.36
    • Employee & Child(ren): $12.62
    • Family: $18.80
    • These premiums are effective through 12/31/2025

Life Insurance

  • One times your annual salary
  • FCC pays the full monthly premium

Voluntary Life Insurance

  • Additional life insurance for employee and dependents
  • Employee paid, premiums based on coverage selected

Voluntary Accident Insurance, Cancer Insurance & Critical Illness Insurance

  • Employee paid, premiums based on coverage selected

Voluntary Short Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance

  • Insures your income should a disability occur
  • Employee paid; premiums are based on your age and earnings

401(k) Savings Plan

  • Eligible for participation after 1 year of service and at least 1000 hours of work
  • Enrollment starts in January, April, July or October
  • FCC matches up to 3% of the employee’s contribution

Vacation

  • Accrued according to years of service and hours worked
  • Years 1-2: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 2 weeks
  • Years 3-4: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 3 weeks
  • Years 5-19: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 4 weeks
  • Years 20+: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 5 weeks

Sick Time

  • Accrued to full time employees according to years of service and hours worked
  • Years 1-2: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 6 days
  • Years 3-4: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 8 days
  • Years 5+: Employees working 40 hours per week earn 12 days

Holiday Pay

  • FCC observes the following holidays:
    • New Year’s Day
    • Good Friday
    • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
    • Fourth of July
    • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Friday after Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve Day
    • Christmas Day
  • An employee may substitute any holiday with a holiday of their choice based on their own cultural traditions and/or religious beliefs

Floating Holiday

  • FCC allows one day each year for full time employees and a half day for part time employees.
  • Personal days are granted on an annual basis to those hired prior to July 1

Bereavement Leave

  • The agency will provide 3 days of bereavement leave for the death of an immediate family member.

Employee Assistance Plan

  • A free benefit that is available 24 hours a day, providing support and guidance on issues ranging from mental health to help with finances to career planning.

Staff Training

  • CPR, Mental Health First Aid, Diversity Training, Trauma-Informed Care, Wellness; all in addition to On-The-Job Training. On-line trainings in a wide range of topics – from leadership to spreadsheets – is available 24 hours a day from any location that can access the internet.

Retention and Referral Incentives

  • Incentives are available to all employees for referrals for all positions, and retention incentives are available for employees in select positions.
