Cancer

No one likes to think about getting cancer. Cancer may not be preventable, but you can protect yourself from some of the costs. Cancer and specified disease insurance can help you manage the high expenses of treatment, preserve savings, protect your family from financial hardship so you can concentrate on getting well.

Because cancer insurance is supplemental, it works in addition to other insurance you may have. You can use the policy on its own or to fill a gap left by your other coverage such as deductibles and coinsurance. Benefits are paid directly to you as CASH!

Cancer insurance is available to part and full-time staff at the open enrollment period each September, with coverage effective October 1st. Insurance is provided by Allstate which offers different packages of coverage. Reminders are sent out about open enrollment in August.
